"Sizes run so small due to poor quality of clothing. Manager was very rude when we needed to exchange pants & they didn't have proper size,No money back,don't shop here unless you plan on wearing it once."

"I have never really shopped inside Citi trends, just kind of browsed and left, but today, they had things I’ve been looking for! Spent a good $65 and had a couple of conversations with an associate named Selena! She was awesome and personable. She made it known that she was there to help, if I needed it and I loved that. I usually don’t converse with associates in any store because I feel like I’m bothering them while they are doing their job, but she did not make me feel that way and answered any questions I had. I will definitely be back!"

"Good prices,kids clothes are better than adults. Men's clothing run in bigger sizes so not a lot of choices for smaller build. Cute accessories. Long wait in line for check out and associates have no personality not very engaging makes you feel like your not appreciated for shopping there."
