"Worst phone service. Firstly they mark my online order as picked up in store - which I did not. When I try to call and talk to someone- I get transferred from one operator to another for 6-7 times and kept on holed for 20-30 mins with nobody ready to help. I always had pleasant instore experience but this experience ruins it all. Now I will have to make another trip to store for them to fix this issue."

"This is a great Nordstrom. The staff was really helpful and there was a lot of space in the fitting rooms. I feel like at stores these days no one ever helps you and I was surprised by how attentive the staff was. Every time they saw my arms filling up, was closed to try on. They would put them back to a room that they had reserved for me. And made shopping actually enjoyable again."
