"The receptionist was very hostile. I entered the office and sat down. She didn't greet me or politely asked if she could assist me. I was immediately treated like a criminal question of my purpose. I told her that I was waiting. The questions led her to tell me to leave and that I couldn't sit in the empty lobby to wait for an appointment in the office a door down which was full. If she politely told me so then I would have been fine but she did so in a very unprofessional method. We're patients at their shared office also but she doesn't know that."
