"I had a very nice experience here. I came in for a scheduled stress test. The woman who checked me in was very pleasant. In fact she was manning the "check-out" window but she didn't have anyone to check out and she saw that the "check-in" windows were full, so she called me over and in processed me. I thought that was very nice and professional. I then went to the waiting room but didn't have to stay there long. The woman who performed the test (unfortunately I don't remember her name - I'm bad with names) came in and got me early, before my appointment time. She started out by giving me an overall explanation of what was going to happen, inviting me to ask any questions along the way. Before starting each step of the process, she explained what she was doing and what was going to happen. Basically, she puts you at ease. There was no surprises and the whole experience was very pleasant. Despite this being a "stress test" I found the entire experience here to be stress-free. They could use more parking spaces. But aside from that, I couldn't be more pleased. Great job."
