"I went through the hiring process and used a required digital skills survey to add my refferences. The woman stated my references came back bad. That system is not accurate and when someone is not familiar with the internet it can cost potential employees a job opportunity like it did me. The worst part about it is, I will never be able to rectify the situation nor provide proof of inaccuracies as my defense. I do not have a bad reference so for her to say that and not allow me to present evidence of inaccuracies is unfair. This shows the character of the company and I'm glad I dodged a bullet."
