"I usually don’t take my time to write reviews but this time I feel like I have to do it so I can warn people about this terrible professional. I hired Nicole Micheroni in February 2020 to help me with my O1B Extraordinary Ability visa submission. The entire process was really a nightmare. Nicole never replied to my emails, never called me back. We had only 2 appointments and the entire time she just disappeared and didn’t do anything. Her paralegal Kelly was the one actually doing some work (the very few work that was done). At the end my case was (obviously) denied and she didn’t even let me know about USCIS answer. Once I called Nicole to say that my case was denied she didn’t help me at all with what to do next, and she didn’t even say “I am sorry for your case being denied”, or just anything emphatic...
