"Getting a visa, green card or citizenship status is too important to be put in the hands of someone who doesn't give you enough time or support. Firstly, it must be said that our green card application was made right before the pandemic and in the midst of USCIS budget cuts by the former administration. This made the whole process take a much longer time than expected (estimate was 1 year, actual was 2 years 9 months). This obviously can't be blamed on Goss&Associates. With that said, however, the service provided was far from satisfactory. Given the importance that immigration status has on the lives of those applying for it, you'd expect your lawyer to offer guidance and show some empathy - none of those can be found with Elizabeth Goss. You will get your paperwork filled and submitted, but that's about it. There is no help navigating the complex period of temporary status while you wait for your green card. There are several ways to try to speed up your case (none proved to be of much help for us), yet we had to find out about those by ourselves with countless hours spent doing research and writing letters. There was a lack of transparency in what's at stake when you apply for your green card (such as losing our current J visa status, at the time), and a complete lack of accountability towards mistakes made. Going through the immigration status process is confusing and stressful enough, Even so, Elizabeth will not be held responsible for things that could have been done better, and will blame it on you for any mistakes that may happen (I'd expect a response along those lines to this comment). Simple things such as "now would be a good time to try to expedite your case" did not come from them without us pushing for it, which constantly left us with the impression they weren't really following our case closely or just didn't care. On the bright side, they were flexible with payment schedules during the process. Overall, would not recommend."

"I am very very disappointed with Goss immigration. I didn't even want to give one star to them. Worst service ever. Poor quality work, people are not at all professional and not responsive on time. I worked with them on my EB1A case, they changed multiple attorney within short duration and none of them were professional and have experience in handling EB1A case. I got RFE on my case last year (which is easily addressable) and USCIS gave 60 days to address RFE. Goss immigration people are very slow, they started working on my RFE on the last 3 days of total 60 days given by USCIS. The attorney didn't even know how respond to RFE. Overall, they ruined my entire application and my case was denied last year. Their service is also very expensive compared to other attorneys. I wasted my precious time and money on working with these inexperienced people. If you are working on EB1A case, please don't work with them. I am sure, even if your profile meet EB1A standard, their service will ruin your application. Better work with other attorney. Please don't waste your money like me on working with them."
