The ONLY negative was them burning incense around the dresses when we picked up, luckily my dress is free of smells but might not be the same for everyone. Overall though, would highly recommend."

The amount of careful listening they display was so impressive! Q-Look Bridal cleaning service is also INCREDIBLE. The dress was an off the rack, no longer could be ordered dress, therefore covered in various water stains and other dirt. When it was cleaned and picked up, HOLY COW incredible! Highly recommend for all your special occasion wear."
