"Horriblle customer service impersonal and rude. Insurance on property . Ok so, Chalmers has cancelled the insurance because my mother has passed away and her estate is still in probate ! can you imagine. Never late or a payment missed. paid for the year ...I am so disappointed with the lack of empathy and will ask every one to not do business with this company. Regardless , emails were sent and legal documents sent all pertaing to probate notifing the company of the details of the details. !!!"
