"If I could give them a 0 star I would , I worked at this place for 3 years and I can say they don’t care about the employees and of course they don’t care about the students. They’re hypocrites and don’t care about your interest please if you become a student here keep an eye open and if you are a new employee watch out for Susan and Kenneth they don’t care about you as long as they get their paycheck."
"They charge in-state tuition for non-credit courses/programs. A total joke. Also, I was charged a “late fee” from nearly 2 years ago from a tuition in which I paid in full, but I guess $100 is so much and so important to such money hungry company that it all turned into a chaos. Firstly, I had to go back on all my finances and see where this money was coming from. CSI claimed, angrily, that it was a tuition that I paid but missing $100. As I don’t enjoy arguing with people who don’t know their job nor can’t simply be rational and understanding, as they’re just doing “their job,” I just gave up, it’d rather pay than to cry over $100. Good job “doing your job” by reading scripts and acting like a robot, in total disregard of everything out of your script. CSI, ENJOY these $100! I hope you do wonderful things with it, feed the poor, save the world, donate it to charity... Whatever your heart tells you. I bet you will use these $100 way better than me, your student since 2016 here."
"The school is pretty average, but the location for me is the big problem. They choose the worst place to held the school where you have to go through heavy and caothic traffic all the time. They transfered my course from Allston to Charlestown while having the pandemic and now I have to deal with traffic stress every day I have to study there, other than that the school has a affordable tuition and that's it."
"I recently completed CSI Organizational Administration Concentration program, and it was truly helpful and enjoyable. The curriculum covered all essential aspects of business administration, and the instructor was knowledgeable and supportive. The online platform was user-friendly, and the staff provided excellent support. Highly recommended! Thank you, CSI!"
"If I could give 0 star i would. My husband worked there for 3 years and on daily basic he confessed to me how these people do not care about the student or the staff. No communication, people quit and they don’t inform the staff. People are hired and quit. In and out always wonder why and now that my husband is no longer there he told me why. I do not recommend this place to anybody not to student or stuff. Be smart and go somewhere else. Employees: specially HR Susan Oswald keep an eye and be careful with her unprofessional and tricky."
