Diane is very knowledgeably and brings in doctors, guest speakers and other teachers so you receive the absolute most information that you can take in. If you have taken your 200 hour some where else you can continue onto your 500 with her. Take your 200 hour again with kind yoga you will not be disappointed. If you don’t want to be a teacher that is ok. Maybe take it to learn more about yourself. You will find love and support with kind yoga and will have friends for a lifetime."
