"I emailed the company and told them I needed very strong snaps for holster repair. They told me the snaps would work. I ordered the product ( Line 24 snaps, brass 100 count) to find they were weak and unusable. I could have bought better for much less money. When I contacted the company all I got in reply was nonsense, as if they didn't know what they were talking about. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I really don't care about the money. It's the principle."
