"Awful place in terms of customer service. They are miserable and don't want to be bothered. If you ask them where an item is they will point toward “that direction” and they see you struggling to find it when they could a little early be showing you where the item is. I completely understand if they are busy but that is never the case."

"Made an online order. Go to pick it up and it’s the wrong order. Apparently did not have my item in stock and instead of canceling it, fulfilled with an entirely different item. Seemed shocked that I didn’t want an item item that I didn’t purchase……tried to get me to take the incorrect item. Would not cancel order right then and there but just wrote canceled the piece of paper. Won’t be returning to a store who could not cancel my order before I drove to get it."

One definitely gets the feeling of an owner operated location. That’s proof the manager goes above and beyond! "The JoAnn's near my home in Burlington, MA has been closing at 5 every day due to lack of staff, so it had been a while since I had enjoyed an in store experience (due to my work schedule). Last week I found myself at the JoAnn's in Methuen about an hour before they closed. I had such a lovely experience with an associate named Dana! I had intended to provide an outstanding review using the link on my receipt, but I unfortunately misplaced it. However...a full week later I am still thinking about how helpful and professional Dana was. During this time of workforce shortages it is rare to encounter a person of Dana's caliber, and it made me want to shop at this store exclusively, just on the off chance that she might be there to assist me! She scored a perfect 5.0 in all categories and I so appreciated her extra help in making all my purchases (she even helped me carry my many, many bags out to my car!). Thanks Dana and thanks JoAnn's!"
