"Joann's provides a great array of fabric, sewing supplies, yarn and craft supplies. Unfortunately the sale signs are extremely misleading if not outright deceptive. What's worse is the store's new manager, who dismissive, condescending, impatient and down right rude when assisting customers. This has occurred on more than one occasion and with different customers I know. I'm really thinking of avoiding Shrewsbury Joann's and driving farther away to Milford to avoid unpleasant customer service."
