"Rocky’s is a great gym on the cape if you’re serious about bodybuilding/powerlifting. They might not have every piece of equipment, but they have the right equipment. Super friendly staff and good vibes. For powerlifters: there aren’t really any other gyms with squat racks and a deadlift platform other than Rocky’s in this area. They have a rogue deadlift bar you just have to look for it. Good luck"

"Great gym! I was in town for training with NOAA for a month and really wanted a place to lift for that time. Looked up a few gyms before this that wanted $100 for the month and their gyms were not catered to my tastes with a lack of free weights. I happened upon Rocky's and it was perfect. $35 for the month for a gym with dedicated gym-goers and and nice array of great equipment. I wish most gyms were like this."
