"I've already taken two classes and I'm signed up for next semester too. I was looking for a place to explore more of the possibilities clay, and I was lucky enough to discover The Clay School; it has to be one of the seacoast's best kept secrets! Everything is designed to work smoothly. From the variety of patient and very knowledgeable instructors, the many options for different class times, to the hassle-free online system for reserving a time to work independently, at almost anytime of day or night. (Where else can you find that opportunity ? ! ... practically nowhere!) The classes include the use of myriad of glazes, and the kilns are almost always running, which means that you can get your bisque-ware or finished pieces back amazingly quickly. They are also very consciencous about dealing with Covid, everyone has to be vaccinated and wear a mask. And everyone works together to keep the facility as clean as a ceramics studio could possibly be. As you can tell I can't say enough good things about this class\studio space. The only downside is how quickly the classes fill up. So if you want to sign up you better do it as soon as possible."
