"Ugh, where to begin. This place is the worst place ever, if you are considering to join as an international student, please don't. The school is extremely racist. 国际生的别来,这个学校及其具有歧视性,老师教得不好而且国际生还没有自由权。Mrs. Ann Palmer and the school international student 'policy' restricts the freedom of the international students that we are not allowed to go anywhere during our free block but the school library. However other students (local American students) have the freedom to go EVERYWHERE in the school, but why can't we? If this isn;t racism, then what is it? Mrs. Ann Palmer called me being ridiculous as I addressed such racial issue and 'arguing with an adult on something pointless'. Overall rate: TERRIBLE."
"Great education which is why I chose FBA in the first place...it has a very pristine setting and environment with all the beautiful grassy land around the school and I loved the fact that when I attended there they already owned the Aquanis College building which became apart of the school even though we had to walk up and down the hill it was always nice walking outside with your classmates and friends between classes that's only when the weather is nice of course...The Aquanis building was nice & cozy in a sense and had the best lockers since they were the regular tall long ones plus not only was the building but all around the school it had this nice and comfortable feeling once you get use to it of course but considering it's all women there you don't have to worry about boy drama but course there is always a little drama even when its just women that's to be expected but on a positive note the uniforms are very proper looking even though they are complete different now from when I was there I preferred the maroon color with the white blouses and sweaters but either way they are convenient when it comes to getting ready in the morning and having to wear them on a daily basis you get use to them...I actually loved them but I did 12 years Catholic school so I was obviously use to them...but okay onto the next...they have very good considerate and conservative staff members and teachers who invest a lot in their students and do have high expectations of them...this school is extremely organized when it comes to activities and events especially the drama club also known as The Good Fountain Players who by far put on the absolute best theater productions each and everytime...So this school definitely has one of the best organized educations one could ever imagine or expect from a and it is by far one of the most well known schools because of its academics and athletics also it is in a very proper and appropriate looking environment and definitely lives up to its great reputation as all women's Catholic Preparatory High School...which definitely prepared me beyond well for college so much to the point that college actually seemed easier than highschool...I ended up with a 3.8 GPA and was on Dean's List which was the best I had ever done even though I have always been an average student...except maybe when it came to Fontbonne Academy academics in which I did fairly well...but overall I remember my first visit to FBA and it definitely seemed intimidating at first considering I came from a small Catholic School in the North End...so Fontbonne was a new challenge for me and I was the one who chose this school and was up to accepting a new challenge yet also a new beginning for myself and my future and it turned out to be one of the best and wisest decisions I have ever invested in for myself...and I am very proud to be a Fontbonne Alumni Class of 2004...it was worth everything and more...best investment for any young girl's future..."
