"A centre of excellence in professional military training occasionally from a naval perspective, usually from a global perspective. It is a college and a community. Everything is there. The gym is state of the arts, there is a club/restaurant the officers club, a naval exchange shop where military and general goods are sold to military personnel at no tax. There are several halls. Everything is smart and businesslike. Training is at various levels and various perspectives. For both US and international students."
