I found the parents equally inviting (and not stuffy) and it was easy to get involved! My favorite quotes from my daughter that year were…’Mom, I’ve enjoyed history for the first time’ and ’Mr. McGowen makes studying the Bible fun.’ Now we send all three of our kids there and the school worked hard with us to help it be affordable. All of my kids have found the other students kind. Two of my children got to try a sport they had never tried before and one decided to join the school play. …The piece of cake on top is that my freshmen, who loves languages, was able to take Latin this year in addition to Spanish- even though it is just her and one other student in the class. She has been able to accelerate at her own pace and will be in a Latin competition later this year. This would have never happened at her other school. We are so thankful for BCA!"

"We currently have 2 children ages 6 & 8 at the Lower School. We couldn't be happier with the Teachers, Administration, Volunteers, and total Community at BCA! Our Kindergartener started reading at 5 years of age after entering the start of the school year not knowing all the letters or sounds. Our 2nd Grader is excelling at reading, math, and takes piano offered at the school! The teacher to student ratio is unmatched and the BCA community is personal, available, and supportive. My children's favorite time of the day (besides recess) is bible study. They cannot get enough of the stories! Teachers are able to give their personal attention to those who need it. If you are looking for a school with small class sizes, challenging curriculum, and a culture that nurtures being a good person and doing good for humanity BCA is your school."
