"Purchased a 45-minute ride for a celebration, but unfortunately, the ride only lasted 30 minutes. The driver said that the advertised 45-minutes includes time that we aren’t flying or on the tour, which is misleading. The company stopped responding to my email when I showed them that I previously inquired about the duration of the tour before purchasing the flight. Disappointed with the lack of transparency and customer support."

He was pointing out all the landmarks which were amazing to see from more than a 1,000 feet up. And I highly recommend sitting in the front if you're up for it!"
