"Purchased a 45-minute ride for a celebration, but unfortunately, the ride only lasted 30 minutes. The driver said that the advertised 45-minutes includes time that we aren’t flying or on the tour, which is misleading. The company stopped responding to my email when I showed them that I previously inquired about the duration of the tour before purchasing the flight. Disappointed with the lack of transparency and customer support."
