They were all super friendly and accommodating. I initially spoke with Eli who arranged the move quickly and gave valuable advice. Highly recommend!"

"Purchased last September. The piano is itself is good. Delivery was delayed until late October due to availability. It was supposed to be tuned after delivery included in cost. At deliver we we're told it should wait some to acclimate to the house and then they could come. After a month we called to schedule tuning and we're told they'd have to talk to the tuner for to find availability because of the distance. A year after the purchase now it still hasn't been tuned. Now told we can schedule the tuning and they would give us a discount but would have to pay for the tuning due to the time past."
