"The employees here are very respectful, helpful and kind. I drove all the way from CT so they expedited my passport renewal. I made an appointment online, was allowed entry early, submitted my application in less than 10 minutes. By 12:30pm I had my new passport. Just have everything ready and printed (I printed mine at staples) (completed application, your id, copies of your id, old passport, international travel itinerary, passport photo (CVS does them in minutes)). They accept checks, money order or card. Plenty of parking and they have suggestions of activities to do nearby while you wait. Thanks for being so kind and helpful."

"THESE PEOPLE ARE ABSOLUTE ANGELS!!! I drove overnight from NYC to try to salvage my trip to Spain - and my marriage! - to arrive an hour before my appointment at 7:00am. They opened their office 15 minutes earlier at 6:45 - which government agency does that?? - and I was immediately greeted by a lady who checked to make sure I had all my paperwork straight (which I did). Right away I was assigned to an agent who was so professional and so sympathetic to my sad case of needing my passport not only that same day but done in a few hours just to give me a fighting chance of catching my flight to Madrid from JFK departing at 5pm that very day. She immediately got to work and promised to “walk my paperwork through” since my case was so extreme and promised to do everything in her power to get my expired passport renewed quickly. In 45 MINUTES (!!!) I got a call that my passport was ready for pick-up! Kudos to the Portsmouth, NH National Passport Center employees for allowing ny trip of a lifetime to take place! Just an amazing group of dedicated people!!"

"Just got home from NH after such an amazing experience at this government passport facility. My boyfriend and I are traveling in two days, we were panicking but each employee ensured us it was all going to work out and we would be back to pick up the passport (same day). The security team was kind and made us feel at home while waiting. Joe and Linda were kind, helpful, informative and as long as you have all your materials, it’s as easy as 1,2,3!! Highly recommend!!
