"The teachers and the principal here are very caring. The front desk is always very friendly and welcoming. They make learning and teaching math very enjoyable."
"Program is good, but their customer service is NOT. There are PLENTY of chairs in the air conditioned lobby but they WILL NOT LET YOU STAY THERE. It’s hot, we trekked across town to get here, and I paid lots of money for my TWO kids to attend. And they can’t let me sit in the lobby on a folding chair and catch up on work stuff….?"
"I recently had a disappointing experience with this math extracurricular school. The teachers here seem to have a tendency to talk excessively, which can be distracting and counterproductive for students. Additionally, the frequency of tests is overwhelming, and it feels like students are constantly being assessed rather than given the opportunity to truly learn and grow. If you're looking for an extracurricular that will provide a positive and effective learning experience, I suggest exploring other options."
"While waiting for my child near the end of class I asked to used the restroom. The woman at the front desk stated restrooms were only for students. I then asked if she could go get my child so I could leave and search for a restroom somewhere else. I did not want to run the risk of not being on time to pick up my child. She refused to go get my child and suggested that I go to the restaurant next door because it had a public restroom. I walked over to the restaurant and when I asked to use the restroom they were appalled that they were recommended for this purpose. They only allowed restrooms for paying customers. For $1200 and after traveling across town I would expect that RSM could make an emergency exception just out of courtesy. However that was not the case. I am thankful that the restaurant understood my frustration and was willing to allow me to use their restroom without having to pay for it. Not only was I embarrassed but was completely mortified that RSM could be so callous. This was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. As as a fellow business owner I would never treat my clients in such a manner."
"Absolutely outstanding faculty and math curriculum. Faculty as well as administrators and support staff are friendly, listen well and will work well with both students (and parents when necessary). I believe that the RSM math program prepares your student for high school, the SAT and college math. RSM is an excellent adjunct to regular school math programs."
