"Never answers the phone, just stuck listening to music because people answer when, They feel like it. Need to hire more CSR I shouldn’t be on hold for 15 mins AND MORE wondering if my sons bus is coming or not because they also turn off their LOCATION JUST UNACCEPTABLE."

"Literally I am scared that my kids are going to be lost or trafficked. These people keep coming driving drunk and being late. We also haven’t been able to get to school on time for two years. The people who answer the phones are rude and nasty and they need to be replaced immediately. They don’t care what happens to our children because they don’t belong to them. They are careless with safety and with how they handle parent contact. If the drivers are not coming on time maybe you should stop searching for people with a high school diploma to drive when there are people who actually want to work with no records who could do a better job then the ones who are always late to work and hours late dropping off our kids. My where my bus stop app doesn’t even work and all they can tell me is they don’t know why. Isn’t it your job to find out why the safety tool I have to track my children isn’t working. I’m working on getting a lawyer at this point."

"Boston public schools are Failing our children. Thus school year my 5yr old had a terrific experience. She is currently enrolled at the pauline Shaw in Dorchester. With Ms Johnson . Ms Johnson is a terrific person N teacher . Ms Johnson comes out her own pocket to tech our children, she never made any of our children feel displaced. Ms Johnson made curiosity N creativity a funn way to learn . The children love her. Exceptional teacher Today I was made aware that she will not be teaching next her , Ms Johnson our working teacher Was Not rehired for the following school year .Yet the city of Boston has a shortage of teacher. I say shame on you BPS!!! We need teachers like her!!!! Retired officer."

"A broken system with the goal to harm all kinds of kids as badly as possible. Lots of tax-payers $$$ spent to maintain comfortable administrative offices while school buildings deteriorate, teachers and principals are paid to do exactly nothing, and bureaucrats openly enjoy abusing their power. Bullying is encouraged at all levels. Academics do not exist. Free lunches paid by the state are inedible. Water is foul-tasting and border-line poisonous. Not knowing how to read, write or apply logic is scarily normal among administration, teaching staff and, not surprisingly, children. BPS abuse of children and parents is rampant at every interaction with BPS, in any capacity. Attendance is required at all levels, and homeschooling is hard - hence the BPS is not likely to suffer of lack of "customers" no matter how badly it abuses parents and children."

"These people need to use common sense. Bus never comes and if so it comes late. Coming home, my child comes home at 6:30 pm when school gets out at 4:20pm. By car, it takes 17 minutes to get from home to school and back again. When there is a winter storm warning in effect they keep the schools open...safety is not in their radar."
