"If this was a school it would consider studying as a learning process, I disregarded reviews because the tution was low but as someone said this is a training for those with experience or fast learner. I paid everything in full, I did good with instructors unless Mike who once told me straight to go to Nets!!! Imagine. There is a discrimination tendency in state scheduling. Took 2 months to do my state After my yard training."
"This was a four weeks long cost effective CDL course. From day one, the instructors were very matter-of-fact. It was made clear from the beginning that the class would be fast-paced. One-week in the classroom and three-weeks in the field. In other words, if you are not a fast learner, this is not for you. In my situation, as well as many others, the goal was to learn the skills required to safely drive a semi truck and obtain my CDL. This school helped me do just that! Big shout out to my instructors Mike, Jay, Erin, and Jeff. Everyone has a favorite and for me it was Mike. He yells to help and if you allow yourself to be coached, you’ll succeed."
"Communication needs to improve between Amazon and 160 Drive."
"I just passed my CDL A test at this school. It is a 5 week program. 2 weeks in a classroom which helps you pass the written exam at the rmv and 3 weeks in the yard, hands-on training. I will say that this program is not for everyone. If you have no experience at all you should go to a school that has a much longer curriculum. 3 weeks to learn how to drive and maneuver a tractor trailor is just not enough time for most people. The yard instructors are excellent but once again 3 weeks is very little time. I've seen way too many guys fail their exams. But if you have some experience or you are an exceptionally fast learner than this school is for you. If not then you should really go to a school that offers more time."
"This company has succeeded at one thing...hiring the most incompetent and unprofessional people possible. My husband had an appointment with the whole email confirmation and everything, spent $50 to rent a car, took time off work, drove all the way to Brockton and they DID NOT SHOW UP. After calling them about 15 times, they finally answered and said they were not available. Absolutely astonishing that someone actually gets paid to be that unreliable. If a company that is founded on logistics cannot even show up for an appointment, imagine how terrible they must be to their drivers. They didn't even give us correct information. When he made the appointment, they told him it was a paid school with 1-year contract...only to find out later that they do not even offer that here. Irresponsible companies like this should not be in business."
