"I’ve been a propane and oil customer for many years. Last night my propane tank ran dry much to my dismay since I’m an auto fill account and expected the supplier to service my needs since they’ve stated publicly that they monitor the use demand of customers with a special program. After voicing my frustration with the emergency delivery contact I was informed that they don’t actually monitor all the use demands of their accounts. Unfortunately my experience has confirmed this shortfall. The contact assured my that a Saturday morning propane delivery will be scheduled. Stay tuned for more. UPDATE:::::::::::::::::::: Eastern propane provided us with an emergency propane delivery just a few hours ago . Jennifer their driver was terrific.She called ahead to let us know and went far and beyond the standard delivery service by leak testing our outside tank and then lighting our heaters pilot light. Thank you Eastern Propane for resolving my situation."

"Waited two weeks for a quote on new furnace. 1st told the person who does the ordering was on vacation. Then told the quote was ready to be put together and to be sent. Never received a quote or a phone call. I wanted to use them because they were local. Found someone else who did the job in less than a week. Must be nice to blow off customers when you make so much money. I would not recommend them unless you want the run around."

They gone to stop delivery you products if you own either 5 cents and put you in danger until you paid the amount of money you own and then they will give you the product went they want."
