"The cooking classes are either excellent, or just OK. More depends on your fellow classmates than the instructor. For example, on one night of classes, everyone was laughing and pretending to compete over who made the best dessert. On another, people arrived late and the chef had to rush the final preparation, and we lost our chance to learn how to do it ourselves. Food, of course, is well-made and enjoyable all nights, so three stars makes sense."
