"This review is specific to the change in ownership. Levels don't correspond to old system so now we're forced to pay for a class that is repeating some skills my son already knows. Locker rooms are under construction. No one answers the phone under new ownership -- you can reach someone off site at a call center but you can't get location-specific questions answered. We were happy with Ripples. So far SafeSplash has not impressed."

"I have two littles in safesplash.... We have been at this facility for 2 years now. It recently changed ownership and have been extremely unhappy. I feel the teachers are not attentive at all. I am in a tots class with my son while my daughter swims. 90% of the time my daughter is sitting on the wall getting water splashed on her head. I could teach her this at home. The tots teacher is not very enthusiastic or looks like he enjoys being there. Sad because when my daughter was in the tots class she loved it. Feel the same passion is not present anymore. Will be looking at alternative options for my kids."

"My daughter was absolutely terrified of the pool when she could not cling to the wall, and I mean terrified, before coming to ripples. The staff INSTANTLY made her feel comfortable and encouraged to keep going and learn to swim safely. It took less than a year for her to be confident in swimming and even eventually jumping into the pool. I was so proud of her! Not sure if Mr. Ryan works there anymore but he was her favorite teacher! Such a great school, I'd recommend it to anyone, especially when other swim programs have failed."

"My son started at ripples swim school at four months old, and has improved his confidence in the water over the last six months. It’s been really fun to watch him develop in the water. They have an amazing staff, and the place is always very clean."
