"I wanted to gain an introduction level of knowledge to help me in a career change. Scott answered my call on the first ring. Together, he and I talked through what training would be good for me based on my interests and needs. We scheduled the training together, I paid by credit card and they did everything they promised. I did formal classroom training with Bill which was well organized and on time. The class was small which allowed for questions. I also opted for practical training. Scott and Bill worked with me 1:1 over several days to get me set up and once I felt comfortable put me on some exercises to do on my own. Later I scheduled a license test with the state. I’m still waiting for my test date from Massachusetts but I feel well prepared. I would recommend this for people that want a field type education that puts them in a position to pass the Mass License and be ready to enter into a career as an entry level operator. I’m sure based on Scott’s extensive experience that everyone can learn something new. Good luck."
