STEM Middle Academy

"The school may be a great school for students who don't need additional help on things. However, for my daughter, who needs additional help, communication is bare minimal, late in the semester even after calling maybe 100 times this year. I sat in the lobby on a day I had a meeting for 30 minutes and had staff walk by, look at me and keep moving. Finally, the second time around after all the front end staff knew me by my first name, memorized my phone number and email, I met with the principal. Great right? Of course not. The teachers tell my daughter and myself what we want to hear and then when the grades come out they are the opposite. I stated in the beginning of the year she needs additional helping, she stays after school was attending Saturday school and when she comes home, she states she played games. Something needs to change when it comes to students who need additional assistance."

"This school is BEYOND the best! The teachers and Principal Martinez actually care about the students and very personable and up to date with parents! But the new 6th grade teachers my son Tyler has are a Blessing and my family is greatful to Mr. Martinez and his staff for everything!!!"
