"Renaissance is definitely better"

"I went for sixth grade... the worst experience in my life. You get pulled into drama, you get surrounded by fights. Surprisingly, most of the fights are caused by renaissance! The teachers that were there through 2015 - 2016 but since some idiot decided to fire them all the school as stooped even lower than ever! The city of Springfield can't even decide what to do to the school. Every year, the building was always van sickle and renaissance. In 2015, van sickle decided to part into Van sickle academy and van sickle ib. That was the stupidest decision they could make. They put all the bad kids in academy and all the good kids in IB. No one was told the school was splitting until we went on the first day and got assigned our class and school. Me, as a sixth grader, was confused because we never got a tour. To make things worse, school was made an hour longer. 7:30 to 3:20. Then in the 2016 - 2017 year, van sickle was split into three schools. IB, academy and rise. Rise was a school meant for 6th graders only. Academy was 7:30 to 3:20 on tuesdays, Thursday's and some fridays. On the other days, it was 7:30 to 4:30!! This year (2017-2018) the three schools have all combined. The school will change you. Mostly for the bad! Thankfully I moved and I'm happy I did. I would have been a bad person if I didn't. Now, do me a favor and NEVER enroll your kids in this school. You'll regret it!"
