"With about 20 years of riding experience under my belt, I decided to stop playing the permit game and went to this coarse to obtain my license. This had to be one of the best motorcycle teaching experiences I have witnessed. The curriculum was spot on, the coaches are very knowledgeable in not only their teachings, but their riding experiences as well! Thanks to the entire team, y’all are doing a fantastic job!"
"My course appointment was made two weeks in advance which was the quickest I could get my license. I drove an hour away to get here and it was well worth it. Al and Kyle genuinely care that new riders are learning skills to keep them safe, great teachers and the class went over smooth. Just remember to laugh at their jokes and you’ll have a better chance at passing. My only complaint would be to split the groups into most experienced and least experienced riders so you don’t have any frustration between slower and faster students Overall great experience, I took the BRC, two 5 hour sessions over the weekend and got my license."
"I was a total beginner and needed this. If you were like me and are just starting out with no experience please take it from me don’t just sign up for the 2 day but also sign up for the intro 2 hour course. I leaned the hard way that sometimes you need to take a step back before taking that leap. It was worth it. I had amazing instructors who really want you to do well. You will learn if this is for you or not. The instructors will be very patient and go the extra mile by giving suggestions that may work for you. They take the time really noticing where you need to make corrections. Thank you Al and John for the wonderful experience thank you for your patience and your guidance. Also a shout out to Cindy who is your gatekeeper at the other end of the phone. She too was a motivator that I needed in explaining the physical, academics and mental status needed. You are a phenomenal team. I have already recommended them to friends and when my daughter is ready I will be sending her to them."
"I recently embarked on an incredible journey with PV Riders, taking their motorcycle riding course and earning my license. As a first-time rider, I was filled with excitement and a dash of nervousness, but those feelings quickly transformed into unwavering confidence over the course of just two days. From the moment I arrived at PV Riders, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The instructors were not only highly skilled riders themselves but also exceptional teachers who genuinely cared about imparting their knowledge and ensuring our safety on the road. Throughout the course, I was amazed by the well-structured curriculum that covered both theoretical and practical aspects of motorcycling. The instructors patiently explained the fundamental concepts, rules, and techniques, laying a solid foundation for our riding journey. What truly stood out during the course was the emphasis on safety. PV Riders made it their top priority to instill safe riding practices and foster a mindset of responsibility on the road. They meticulously guided us through various riding scenarios, including navigating turns, controlling speed, and maneuvering through traffic. By the end of the course, I felt well-equipped to handle real-world riding situations confidently. The hands-on training sessions were the highlight of the course. Under the watchful eyes of the instructors, we had ample opportunities to apply what we had learned in a controlled and supportive environment. The well-maintained motorcycles provided by PV Riders were a joy to ride, enhancing the overall experience. The encouragement and personalized feedback from the instructors played a significant role in building my self-assurance. They were always approachable, ready to address any concerns or questions we had. The constructive criticism offered during the practice sessions helped me fine-tune my skills and improve as a rider. In just two days, PV Riders transformed me from a novice rider to someone who feels genuinely confident and ready to hit the road. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional training, guidance, and support provided throughout the course. To anyone considering learning to ride a motorcycle, I wholeheartedly recommend PV Riders. Their dedication to safety, knowledgeable instructors, and well-structured curriculum create an environment that fosters growth, confidence, and a true passion for riding. I am incredibly grateful for this awesome experience, and I’m certain you will be too. Safe travels and happy riding"
"I just completed the Basic Rider Course at Pioneer Valley Rider Training in Westfield, MA today. It was an excellent experience. The online knowledge training was very informative and easy to navigate through. The riding skills instructors (Andrea, John and Al) were very professional and patient. Our class consisted of people with varying degrees of experience, ranging from people who’d never operated a motorcycle before, to others who had multiple years of riding experience. I’ve had a few years and thousands of miles worth of riding experience, and still learned a lot more than I expected…as well as realizing certain skill areas I really need to continue to practice and improve on. I encourage anyone who’s never taken a Basic Rider Course to do so, regardless of your experience level. You don’t know what you don’t know, until you know."
