My son was dropped off a half hour late because the bus driver never went down our rd and when I said the bus just came from the opposite direction, she asked me if I was sure about that? During the 20 minute wait for him to get dropped off, another massini driver came by to apologize and chat a bit. While it does seem it was massini's fault my son got on the wrong bus, they made up for it by solving the problem quickly and being kind about it, which boosted my confidence that my son is taken care of on their buses."
