"Very great company. The drivers are great people, very helpful and extremely hard working. The dispatchers do a great job making sure all of the passengers get to and from the desired locations. In full, this company does a great job transporting all of the students in Berkshire county and does great transportation for weddings, events, etc. Would highly recommend!"

"We booked two busses for our wedding months in advance. Two days before our wedding we got a call from dufor telling us that they would only have one bus (and this was well after we had printed up itineraries for people so they would know when the busses would arrive) we scrambled but made it work and had to email all of our guests changing their pickups to be earlier in the day because a single bus had to make more stops. Then on the night of our wedding the bus left early and again left us scrambling trying to ensure people could get home. Overall a pretty frustrating experience."

"They were ok. Communication with booking and confirmation was painful. Took months to respond to emails and never answered the phone. We gave them directions and the time for for our wedding, several times . The driver got lost on the way and showed up late. Despite paying by the hour, the driver was unwilling to stay later than originally planned. I wrote to the manager who I booked everything with and never heard back. Only communication was a summary invoice in the mail with a slight discount for their lackluster service. Unfortunately wouldn't recommend."
