"I recently joined YOTV after years away from any regular yoga practice. All of the teachers and students have been incredibly welcoming. Shortly after attending my first few classes, I jumped head first into the January 30 class challenge. This was exactly what I needed to shift my mindset back into healthy habits. I’ve noticed improvements in my mind, body, nutrition, and sleep! The classes are all structured to go at your own pace. If you want to try something new, the teachers are there to cue and guide you. Plus, I have been SO GLAD with their online transition during COVID-19. While I miss the studio, it's been great to have flexibility in practicing high-quality yoga whenever works for me with the "virtual all day" option. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!
