Reviews of VFS Global Application Center - Boston
"VFS sucks. Their customer service is the worst all they do is rip you off, try to sell you stupid services at a very high rate. How are these countries claiming to be in G7 are not able to manage their visa? What a joke."
"The employee who did the actual visa application was great, friendly and personable. But the front desk employee was awful, both my husband and I commented on it after leaving. She almost turned us away after demanding proof of our appointment. It was scheduled by my husband's job and they didn't forward any of the emails to us so we didn't have "proof" nor did the application or website say that we needed such a thing, only our IDs, passports and the application itself. She kept insisting on proof and said we wouldn't be seen without it (as if our IDs wouldn't be proof enough?) and didn't offer any information or advice beyond that. I happened to flip through our application and realized it had our appointments listed on the 4th page which I handed over and she proceeded to roll her eyes as if she knew that the whole time. It felt like she didn't want to do her job and it made us very uncomfortable. She kept mumbling under her breath so we couldn't understand half of what she was saying (even her co-workers asked her to repeat herself over the walkie talkie). Unpleasant to say the least."
"I cannot speak to my experience wrt VFS Global - Boston yet because I have been trying to book an appointment on their website for several days but facing technical issues on their website. I've emailed them and was told they fixed the issue earlier today, but the issue still persists. The phone numbers I found on their website are useless, it's just a bunch of voice instructions and it hangs up if you choose to speak to a CS agent. I have been waisting too much time on this simple task of booking an appointment to go to France in less than a month. I've already PMed VFS on FB, btw (I don't even use FB or Twitter, so is this the only way I can talk to a human behind the robot??)"
"I have applied for several visas for different countries in different countries and VFS everywhere is a mess! Out of those centres VFS in the US/Boston is the worst. Despite advising contact us for help, there is no number to call! I have been trying to recheduling my biometric appointment but there is no option to do that although in the confirmation letter VFS sent me saying that I could do so! Now I cant reschedule my appointment and dont know the status of my application."
"The staff in the office are good, 5stars - 3 stars for their whole process. So unclear how VFS and the the French consulate work together. French consulate has its own website and in the end differ you to vfs. All of a sudden you realize they don’t have an appointment with enough time for visa. Yet, they will sell you prime time appointment slots but tell you that service doesn’t exist. Often after 30min wait on the phone, you can speak to someone who shows no interest in helping and gave careless and contradictory answers. In the wait room, they tell you no cellphone but put a QR code to ask for your feedback. I guess that shows how much they want your feedback"
