Rude, snarky....makes sense why they never answer the phone or call people back...when you finally got a call back woman was babysitting...bunch kids in the background. "Since I wasn't fluent in Portuguese, they ignored me. I had an appointment at 10 and got there 10 minutes early. A family of 6 walked in with me and they had an appointment at 10:30, but they spoke Portuguese so they were taken right away. I repeatedly asked about my appointment and they just kept saying "yeah, yeah," while walking right past me. I'm still sat here 50 minutes later, and they just took someone without an appointment lol. When I was taken, they were unable to find my father's information for a very long time, but fortunately, we were able to eventually get everything figured out."

"Worst service e ever experienced, not one single employee wants to work, no one ever answer the phone, purposely lie stating they are over booked, unprofessional work attitude and customer service. Entitled employees not doings their job properly. I would avoid this location. DO NOT KNOW WHY OR HOW, THESE EMPLOEYES ARE ABLE TO GET AWAY OF DOING. THIS POOR OF A JOB!!!!! Who is in charge ??"

"Can't call, can't email, can't show up. You better know somebody to get in. Alternatively, as sad as it sounds, I know someone in another consulate, but it is 1500 miles away from Mass. What a shame New Bedford Portuguese consulate is such a waste."
