"Good walking place, beautiful pics"
"Closed when we visited and seemed to still be undergoing restoration. No whale jaw entrance as I believe it eroded (the original is in the Pilgrim monument and museum in Provincetown). Cool history and interesting architecture with details on signs posted around the property. Worth a stop if you are doing the nearby trails and Indian Rock (which you should)."
"What a beautiful spot and gorgeous house. My wife and I have been coming to this spot for over 20+ years. I'm so glad they were able to finally renovate this a few years ago. Thank you to all the people that made that possible. The detail that went into the design and construction and restoration of this place is simply amazing. Definitely a place to stop in and check out. And while you're there, walk down to Fort Hill and take in the views. It's absolutely stunning."
"A neat a place to visit. Can walk to see sharpening rock from here."
"The path behind and to the left of the house winds toward the ocean. There is a very old apple tree by the edge of the path, on the left side, from which remarkable white apples grow. An old pear tree, now fallen over but still alive, grows nearby. Fantastic!"
