"The Tea Time workshop was excellent. Doreen is truly knowledgeable about herbal remedies. The group had great discussions about types of herbs and their uses. This is an area where I have a lot of interest. The workshop gave a good breakdown of the plants used but Doreen added lots of small details about growing herbs and creating oils and tinctures. This was delivered in a "bite size" way for the average person to understand. I came away wanting to attend more of these sessions and continue to learn."

I love all of the various styles each Yoga instructors bring and it is never ever boring - Lois, Dolly, Mindy & Brian to just name a few. I never thought yoga can be so powerful for self care. Meditation begins the moment you step foot in this Zen place. It is my sanctuary and I love coming here. Carolyn was fantastic with my deep tissue massage. A must try studio all around, everyone is super friendly and attentive. The owners has the right ingredients to making this a perfect wellness center in southern NH!"

"Terrific massage and great gift shop. I would highly recommend deep tissue massage with Carolyn or Mary. I've heard great things from other people about the yoga but haven't personally tried the classes yet. I have done yoga with Claudine in the past at a different location and she is outstanding.
