Reviews of Kaleidoscope of Dance & Gymnastics
"My two daughters have enjoyed both gymnastics and dance classes at KODG for many years. We do not live in the area, but we are willing to traveling to such a welcoming, organized, clean, and relevant studio. I highly recommend checking out classes— whether your child is a beginner and just starting out, or they are looking for a competitive dance or gymnastics team!"
"A wonderful place to take children. Michelle and her staff care a great deal about their students and community and it shows. I cannot speak highly enough about this group!"
"WHAT WE KNOW NOW, and what we knew then. As a young parent of 4, I did everything I could to keep my children fit mentally, emotionally and physically. ALL of my children attended Kaleidescope for years. At the time, I saw it only as making sense that I get my kids “involved” and kept busy. Never did I realize the true benefits to come. Today, many years later, I realize that many great things shaped my children… And, I would say Kaleidescope was certainly one of the most important activities my children engaged in…. long before they were old enough to enjoy team sports. Michelle and staff preached and emphasized commitment, discipline, skill development, and most of all FUN while getting fit. My children remain within that framework today as thriving and successful adults thanks in part to the time they spent with Michelle and company at Kaleidescope. One of the many great eggs in the basket of that which shaped my children. Thank you Michelle."
"Great place for children of all ages; especially the little ones! As a mother to a very active 2 year old boy I sincerely appreciate any program or constructive play establishment that is remaining during our new way of life while adhering to COVID safety measures. Very few programs are available and since having my children a decade apart it’s drastically a different world. I had a full schedule at this age for my daughter with a variety of options to stimulate her little mind before entering preschool! My heart truly hurts for lack of introducing new people, places, or things to explore & engage. Not to mention mother’s & fathers who are left home exhausted of ideas to sometimes just get through some days feels like a chore. Therefore I give 5 stars and complement this business for sticking through this bumpy road in order to accommodating children of every age!"
"My two children, ages 3 and 4, attended the preschool program called Kinder Camp, at Kaleidoscope. They’re not an accredited preschool and the teacher does not have any early education crediations. I didn’t think this would be a big deal until there was word that my children were being disciplined by using a belt tied to a chair because they weren’t sitting at the table to eat lunch. This is illegal, to restrain a child in any way. I also was unsatisfied with the summer camps my children attended. The teacher/student ratio is way over the limit. My children didn’t receive proper care while there because there were way too many kids for one teacher to control. DCF needs to investigate this place. I do not recommend you leave your kids there."
