"I have been at Amigos since Pre Kindergarden. I am in 7th grade and have been with the same 25 kids for about 9 years. We are all a close community and help each other like family. The teachers have good 1-1 time with all the students thanks to the relatively small classes. Since the other middle schools combined one year ago, sometimes our middle school feels out-of-place with the rest. But we know being bilingual is a great opportunity that we have and it makes us proud. This past year my 6th grade class came in 5th in the state for English MCAS scores. The transition from Spanish to English in the elementary school was difficult but a good stepping stone for us to have in our minds. In middle school we have 2 periods a day of full on Spanish classes. It is a great experience and I hope we get more and more students every year! ESCUELA AMIGOS SCHOOL!"
