"First i will say my kids had a fun time but when it comes to parties they lack significantly. When i was hanging a decoration banner on the wall my fingers were black from the amount of built up dust which is absolutely disgusting proving it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Our party host was barely around when we ran out of plates, silverware, napkins which they provide. They tried charging me for 11 kids because it was on the list when only 8 showed up so thankfully i caught it but that’s pretty stingy/greedy to try and pull. Overall ok experience but the owners need to seriously do some cleaning/training staff."

"Great for parties and the rooms and staff are very nice. The games and credits per game are fairly expensive compared to others. It’s pretty busy on weekends and can be tough to keep track of littles."

"Great place for kids to get in some trampoline time. Especially liked the designated "10 year old plus" area with higher obstacles and platforms. Big place with lots to do for any age."

"Had my daughter’s 6th birthday party there last weekend. They were completely disorganized. They didn’t have the stickers or the socks ready for us and when they gave the stickers to my wife it was a mess. There were duplicates, people were missing and people we didn’t even know in the batch of stickers. My wife spent 20 minutes going through them all figuring it all out and the party coordinator kept taking her sweet time walking back and forth getting 3-4 pairs of socks instead of grabbing socks for everyone on the list. So right off the bat the kids lost 20 minutes of play time and they said they would not change our start time. Then came time for the pizzas. They called us back to the room and we had to wait for the pizzas that showed up late which again we lost time to eat, do cake, and open her gifts. They the proceeded to keep coming into the room to tell us we needed to wrap it up because another party was coming in soon. We kept try to ask them for more time but they refused and we had to pack up and leave the room and my daughter had to open the remaining gifts on the floor out in the hallway! They then told us we had to go to the front desk to check out and pay the balance owed and when I let them know how I felt about their service I was met with disdain. I asked for some sort of discount due to their incompetence and was flat out told NO. So I ask to speak to her manager to which she rolled her eyes at me and reluctantly said fine. The manager came over and was of no help either, basically telling me flat out that there was nothing she would do for us because that’s what she was told so I asked to speak to her boss to which she replied NO I am not going to do that. I asked why and she said because he’s not here so I said please get him on the phone, she again said NO I am not going to do that. My wife then came over because she could see me getting to my boiling point. She asked for an itemized bill and she noticed that they were trying to charge us for 5 extra people who weren’t even there and one person that we didn’t even know. They ruined my daughter’s birthday party and showed zero remorse for it. $500 for 40 minutes of play time and 25 minutes for pizza cake and presents. This place is completely dysfunctional and the employees from the bottom to the top are lazy and inconsiderate. Never again! Do not waste your time, money and sanity!"

"My kids love this place! Its fun for the whole family! They’ve recently renovated it and there’s so many more amazing things. If you can fill out the waiver and reserve your place online. That way you can get there, check in and begin to play!!"
