"We had very bad experience with this daycare, our older kid went to bright horizon, we thought little sprout would provide similar level of care and education, unfortunately it is no where close. The teachers were not qualified, very rude to parents and kids, one of the teachers yelled at other kids in front of us just because the kid was trying to talk to us. Our kid came home crying everyday and wouldn’t go to the day care, said was scared and the teacher was scaring them. When picking kids up, the teachers don’t have any interaction with parents. The fee is almost the same as bright horizon, but the staff is terrible, they do not care about kids or have any compassion for kids, those teachers are not qualified and they shouldn’t be working in childcare industry!"

"Miss Stacy, one of the Transition teachers, is incredible! She cares so much about every kid in the class and they all adore her. She plans really fun activities for them each day and goes above and beyond to make sure each child feels known and loved. My child looks forward to going each day because they will get to spend time with her!"
