"I heard their commercial and decided I would try them to address my snoring since everything I have tried didn't work, however after going to see them I realized their commercial was very deceiving. When I called them to make an appointment they asked me a few questions including if I ever had a sleep test done. I said yes over 20 years ago, and they said ok not a problem. I drove 1 1/2 hours away to my appointment just to be told I needed a regular dentist and an updated sleep test done before they would help me with my snoring. And then they charged me $43 at checkout. There wasn't any mention of out of pocket costs when I was on the phone with them. To me this was a waste of my time and money cuz they could have mentioned these things to me over the phone when I called to see about an appointment."

"Dr, Chadbourne and her staff are great! I called late Tuesday afternoon before Thanksgiving with an issue that just occurred. Hillary stayed late to try connect with Dr. Chadbourne who was unavailable. She called me back after 6 to tell me her tentative plan but would confirm in the am. She called at 8:30 and I was in the chair at 10:30. Dr. Chadbourne and all her staff are very competent and friendly!"
