"I have been with NG since 2016, my director has been there for me what ever I needed to help me stand strong and continue to be the teacher I am I have endured a lot of surgeries and she’s had my back all the way advocating for me when needed. Alicia Resendes store 427 is the best director I have even worked for she deserves more recognition than I can even show"
"This is my 18 mo's third, yes, third, daycare. For context, this is third daycare because: the first daycare (a well-known national chain) openly gossiped about LO's food preferences, forced him to sleep on an office carpet instead of a cot, and then, he made a grand escape from the playground one day when he was 16 mo because no one was watching him. The second daycare (another national chain with high tuition and expectations) had a vaccine violation and then a typhoid outbreak (also known as a public health emergency). We agonized over moving him out of the first daycare, a place that we were increasingly uneasy about, and then he had his great escape, so he was gone. The second one was a no-brainer. As someone who briefly lived in Egypt without getting typhoid because I was vaccinated, the bar is so very low. Enter: NGCC. NGCC was recommended to us by another parent at our first daycare who shared similar concerns and also the challenges of being a working parent. We received information on the program and were impressed by the data, especially for Kindergarten prep. The information was data-driven, easy to read, and we were genuinely excited about sending our LO to NGCC. The first day, we were both incredibly impressed by the school's set-up (security, front desk, play areas, staffing, etc.) and the fact that within hours, everyone it seemed knew LO's name and our names/faces. We felt welcomed immediately and LO had a seamless transition. We also love the morning snacks and lunch that's catered every day which has helped us get more time back in the evening as a family and also expanded LO's palate! One of our biggest anxieties was his food preferences, but he's trying all kinds of things. Previous experience demonstrated that the staff couldn't pick us out in a line-up, but they definitely could identify our checking account number. NGCC closes at 5pm, but when I arrive, in a welcome change from prior schools, there are other working parents zooming in to collect their kids and there's a genuine sense of collegiality and kindness. I am actually not stressed when I pick LO up, I have not cried in my car after drop-off or pick-up, and LO is THRIVING. The staff at NGCC are some of the loveliest people I've ever met and having consistency and clearly, excellent (years long) retention, are so important to us and to LO's sense of security. Can't say enough good things about NGCC, they've assuaged so many anxieties of new parenthood and demonstrated more times than any other daycare how invested they are in early childhood care and development."
"Our experience at Next Generation in Sudbury has been nothing short of exceptional. We've been sending our children to this particular center for nearly four years. All three of our children are now currently enrolled 5 days a week because of how strongly we feel about what NGCC offers. The structure, curriculum, socialization, and countless other learning opportunities provided to them are invaluable. I can't say enough good things about what this daycare center has done for our children. The incredible staff members feel like an extension of our family. Our 1, 2, and 4 year old look forward to going to school every day, which is an incredible thing. My wife and I, who are both working parents, are extremely grateful for NGCC in Sudbury and I know our kids are too."
"We have our toddler and baby attending NGCC Sudbury. While our baby can't say whether she enjoys it or not, we feel good about sending her there. She had a couple of days of a tough adjustment but she's starting to establish a pattern and is doing much better after just a few days. The toddler has attended for 7 months now and has enjoyed it since day 1. He likes going to school and often tells us about his daily activities. My spouse and I feel that our children are well taken care of and the staff has been great, especially in regards to communication."
"This place has been nothing but fantastic for our two kids. We temporarily moved my daughter when I switched jobs and within 2 months we were back here. Other places just couldn't compete. If you think daycare is just a daytime babysitter this place will change your thinking. The amount the teachers care is unparalleled. The curriculum they provide often has me and my wife saying,"Look at what they are learning!" Social, emotional, mental, physical and sensory development are all part of Next Gen's program. Also, the other place we went to (Bright Horizons in Waltham) didnt have the feel of the teachers really caring for your kids. It is one thing to watch them but another to care. In fact one of my daughter's teachers swung by our house after a she was sooo sad about her pet Caterpillar dying. Lol. You just can't get this level of love in most other daycares. Not to mention they provide morning and afternoon snacks, lunch and cleaning of dirty clothes. We wouldn't think of sending our kids anywhere else. This place has far exceeded our expectations. I saw, I think, one negative review. Im glad "the lone ranger" is gone. Our kids have given and received their normal kid issues (biting, getting hurt on the playground, etc). The daycare has handled all these issues through informing us and taking steps taken to mitigate them. The ready made "boo boo ice" also helps. We've been on both ends of this where our kids are the perpetrators and sometimes the victim. We love this place and Next Gen in Sudbury has been a great fit!!"
