"Lied about payment plan and expected it up front when I showed up for appointment. When I didn’t have it up front and left, they still charged me for an office visit! Recently found out I was charged for an office visit because they sent it off to collections! I never even made it past the receptionist. 2 fillings they put in previously literally fell out since this happened so I guess they did me a favor not seeing me that day!"

"My first appointment for exam and cleaning was a nightmare. I only recommend this Dr for extractions. My scaling appointment although I called and let the staff and Dr know of my agoraphobia and panic disorder theydr was over 45 minutes late and I had to leave. Avoid at all costs."

"To say this dentist is underqualified and lacks total "bedside manner" is an understatement. Aside from the horrendous service she provided my family, the lack of knowledge or care about the issues was very known. I wouldn't send ANYONE to this dentist. The only reason it's getting two stars is for the support staff and having to deal with this woman on a daily basis. You could tell how embarrassed and uncomfortable they were to be employed by her- sad."

"I literally love Dr. Narowetz and her staff! I started coming here a few years ago because I had a very painful emergency and they took me in right away without even being a patient there. I have been going here ever since despite living over an hour away. The office is always clean and cozy and the staff is so sweet and pleasant. I used to be afraid of going to the dentist but I don’t feel any anxiety or fear of judgment here. I would 100% recommend them to anyone!"

"I'm not the usual kind of person to leave a one star review. However, my wife went here originally to get a tooth pulled. Just a couple of weeks later when she was showing signs of infection where they extracted it, they refused to have her come in to get it looked at. Just to get some antibiotics. It would of been a very quick consult to help manage a straightforward problem. They suggested scheduling an appointment a week and 2 days later. She was already in pain. I understand needing to schedule, but no call back to see how she was doing, no follow up when a problem did arise, and did not seem to care when letting them know we were stuck in a bind, AND she was a patient of hers. We have insurance, we had paid the difference promptly (which they misquoted by the way it was double what they said). A simple bit of patient/customer loyalty would of went miles. We have called other dentists in the area, and have found one that actually cares. I only wish I saw all of the 1 star reviews here originally."
