"I have two children (2 years and 4 months), and we have been coming to Bright Village ever since my oldest was an infant. The staff, environment and curriculum has been absolutely wonderful. I have been fortunate enough to watch my oldest son thrive as he grows and I know the BV have had a great impact on him. The owner and her family is very hands on, caring and accommodating. We love this place!"
"Absolutely love Bright Village and all the amazing people who work here! My son started coming here a little after he turned one, it's been 2 years now! We love everything Bright Village has to offer, and knowing I'm leaving my son in the best of care is the best part. The staff has always been so kind and helpful. I love how they have an app that sends me pictures throughout the day and updates me on how he's doing. If I ever have any questions or just want to check in on how he's doing, I just message them on the app and they always get right back to me. My son loves the friends he has made here and loves all his wonderful teachers as well!"
"Absolutely the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had. My child attended here for a few months at first everything was great. Then sippy cup’s went missing, my child came home with other kids sippy cups, pacifiers and a few other things. I tried to ensure we had only my child’s belongings at pick up and staff would say oh we can’t find it, oh it’s dirty it needs to get cleaned, but would not return the items. What was the MOST ALARMING AND UNPROFESSIONAL of all was when I repeatedly had to remind them of my child’s food intolerance and allergy and staff COMPLETELY IGNORED IT! The online log would show staff giving my child things she could not eat or drink, then I would almost daily get a call saying my child was sick. This went on for over a month and caused me to lose employment due to attendance issues because either my child had to get picked up because she was “sick” or the daycare couldn’t keep staff. I drew the line when my child ended up at Boston Children’s with a severe allergic reaction due to the negligence of staff members. To make matters worse the owner is extremely disrespectful, does not care remotely about parents concerns, and makes ridiculous excuses for staff members negligent behavior. I withdrew my child and have since down new daycare that treats my child with respect and the proper care for much more realistic pricing. 100% do not recommend this day care. UPDATE: after response from ownership disregarding 90% of complaints made this does not change my review. This daycare cause more issue then did good, refused to take accountability for their employees “logging errors” after being requested multiple times to please specifically log everything correctly and according to what is given to MY child, still never cooperated with dietary restrictions which cause multiple removals and early pick ups requiring me to leave work mid day multiple times a week and take my child to 3 different hospitals and continued to give my child’s teachers the medical updates while I also logged them in the app. This daycare places blame on parents for multiple things. Owner is rude and has an attitude when confronted about concerns and issues even when the parents employers have to reach out to get a reply so their employee (parent of child attending daycare) can attempt to keep their job due to constantly having to pick up their child mid day or daycare being closed because employees don’t show up."
"My son has been in attendance for almost one year now (he started in the infant classroom) and I have always been so impressed with his teachers - everyone is so caring & attentive. He is always smiling there :) The pandemic has been challenging, and they have offered consistent care. I feel very confident and comfortable leaving my child there every weekday and we certainly feel like family at this point!"
