"Had a bottom partial made. Never fit right and even after several visits for adjustments, still doesn't fit right. I can barely wear it; there's always a sore spot somewhere. I only wear it to eat and sometimes can't wear it then. Spend a little extra and go someplace reputable. I will NEVER go back there!!!"

"The staff & dental professionals are very personable, efficient & helpful. They have created a very relaxed & welcome atmosphere there. Lyndsay was amazing in understanding my issues regarding my need for a partial and I really felt “heard”; a rarity these days where many health providers are pressed for time! I had to go back a few times for adjustments bc of shrinkage, etc. Lyndsay was very patient & fixed any issue I had in a timely manner. I’ve recommended them to my friends, you will too!"

"Not a happy camper. I realize my teeth need to be pulled. Easier said then done.I was trying to wait until insurance kicked in to cover half. I have an I’ll fitting partial and asked could he fix it? No! he was quick to answer. I asked for a flipper or partial and no again, was his quick answer. I thought he was a denturist an expert at making dentures yet he seem more interested in my teeth being pulled. I again asked for a flipper until I could afford for my teeth to be pulled. He refused saying 1 tooth was very bad and he wouldn’t Even consider making me a flipper/partial. The only option was his referral to an Oral surgeon. Come back after my teeth are removed he advised acting like he was doing me a favor. Didn’t he see how upset I was? Did he even care? Sad thing is he could have helped me smile again. I’m upset and disappointed at his lack of compassion. It is my mouth and teeth. If I want a flipper he should be able to make it and not worry about getting my teeth extracted. I understood and accept he risk. He needs to help people as much as possible. He could have made a difference in my life. I left his office in tears. I believe he could and should have did more yet he choose not to. I will never go back. If he cared about helping someone smile again and not the almighty dollar he would have and could have made my flipper and let me worry about my teeth. I went there for dentures not a lecture on tooth care. Very disappointed to say the least."
