"It was my first visit with Aspen Dental. I went in for a consultation because my dentist would not touch one of my teeth that needed to be pulled because the roots extended into my nasal cavity. After the consultation, fully expecting to have to schedule another appointment to have the tooth extracted they told me that they had time to do it right then and there!!! Wow I was amazed. Not only that, the dentist had the tooth removed in less time than the consultation took!!! I’m impressed!!!"
"I have wonderful experience with this Aspen Dental office in Somersworth. It is my first time there. I need to get one fractured tooth extracted and I was able to make an appointment the same day. Everyone is very friendly and efficient. The doctor is very knowledgeable and treated me with excellent skills. The staff members are nice and very considerate. I highly recommend this dental office!"
"Great experience today with an infected tooth. The staff was very professional and caring. Dr. Oliver removed 3 teeth (the wisdom tooth was infected). I was very pleased with the fact they were able to help given this was a Friday morning 3 days before Christmas. Thank You all very much. My wife and I can now enjoy our Christmas."
"My mother called Aspen Dental this morning, seeking an emergency appointment as her crown (placed there) fell off last night. The first girl she spoke with at another location was wonderful. The last two at this location were awful, making her feel as though she were inconveniencing them for calling. Now, what she was asking for was NOT a big deal, but I understand it's a holiday weekend and everyone wanted to get home. All you had to do was say NO we cannot accommodate you today, I'm sorry and good luck. Instead you strung her along, all day making her wait for a return call that never came. She called three times. Three opportunities to say no. Instead you said you'd call her back. Then you went home without calling her (confirmed as we drove by mid afternoon and saw the empty parking lot.) If you had simply said no this morning, she would have tried other dental offices. Now she is at risk for infection because she will have to wait until Tuesday. Cynthia and Tiffany, I hope nobody ever treats your elderly parent the way you treated mine today. Have the holiday you deserve."
"If I could this zero stars that wouldn't be worthy of how bad they are. My journey at Aspen started with a very friendly phone call. On the date of my free consultation I arrived and the Hygienist began pushing Arrestin (gives you a deep cleaning essentially). I agreed and met with a plan advisor and went over my plan. After doing some research about profit driven dental practice, hearing multiple people tell me Aspen is just out for your money I tried to change my treatment plan to a normal cleaning. They would not allow me to have a regular cleaning. Apparently I needed the more profitable deep cleaning because the cleaning I had a year ago did not meet there standards. At my first cleaning appointment they proceeded to tell me my bill was $570 for a cleaning for half of my teeth because I needed a (deep) cleaning and doing it like this is the only way the insurance would cover it. The original price for a (deep) cleaning at Aspen is over $1000. So for having health insurance and having a free regular cleaning, my bill was $570 for one side of my mouth. I am a young guy who takes care of his teeth so I knew the info I was being fed was absolute garbage and unprofessional. I strongly advise you to not go here. Take your health insurance/hard earned money to one of the better dental offices in the surrounding towns. There are so many better than this place."
