Reviews of Victory Child Care, Inc.
"To be fair, I do believe my kid was given some food and they did not lose her in the 7 months I sent my child there. I hope people have the option to not send their child here if they want more than that, this was our second daycare because we moved to the area. Reasons this did not work for our family: - Kid went from sleeping 2.5 hours to 25 min at nap time for a month and a half before they mentioned it. - They open at 7:30 ish because half the time ALL the morning staff was late. - My kid had at least 3 teachers come and go without anyone mentioning it to us at all that someone new was in our child's life. - A teacher refers to A 2-year-old student as Chunky, or another nick name that wasn't even her name just one the teacher liked better - There is no Communication app, and if you call it is an "interruption" and you will be treated as such - Once at the begining of the year they gave us a schedule at the end of a long email the list of "Teacher Days" that are random days off, and then never mentioned it again until the day before it occurred. - We had to fight multiple times to have our kid wear sunscreen on the playground. After she was sunburned multiple times."
"i worked at this center as a lead teacher for a little over a year, and was very sad to have to leave when i moved. during my time here i learned so much as a professional. audrey and victory make a great team and not only helped me advance professionally, but personally cared about me and each member of their staff. i would be lucky to find another work place with a community like theirs! management works very hard to ensure that families are happy, but the child is always the priority. they have many resources available to staff and the students, like their large library of children’s books, or fresh fruits and veggies during the summer that the kids get to grow and take care of. i had so much fun here everyday- and so do the kids!"
"If i could give -100 stars I would. I send my daughter here and victory always seems aggravated when I ask questions , always quick to rush me off the phone and act as if I am a pest , they are money driven don’t really care about the kids or their needs just whatever puts money in their pockets. There were a few incidents where my daughter came home with bruises and marks on her body when mentioned to victory i was told i was lying and no child or employee touched my daughter and that she must’ve did it to herself.. my daughter is 2. Make it make sense. This place is bad for business and i DO NOT recommend anyone sending their children here."
"This is not easy for me to write. Not because of any issues with the daycare but because we left due to relocation. To put it in perspective, our son started at the start of COVID. And in these uncertain times, I hugely appreciated the communication and precautions that the daycare took to keep the children and staff safe. Was there times of frustration, yes but they were due to a pandemic and out of the daycare control. The director and assistant director were very responsive and would happily discuss and handle any concerns or questions you have. My son (2y) was completely attached to all of the teachers and they were all wonderful with him. I felt like my son really thrived in the environment. Even with the teachers wearing masks, they did a great job teaching speech. He learned his manners and is very good with his ‘please’ and ‘thank you’. In addition, they did a great job teaching him to use the potty. Lastly, there is no screen time which was a big thing for me. I felt my son would get plenty of screen time at home and didn’t want a place that had children using a screen for some of the day. I was very comfortable with my son in their care and would have kept him going there if it was possible. I would recommend the daycare."
"I can not speak more highly of a child care center. The excellence shown throughout the entire center comes from the leadership down — I leave my son everyday knowing that he is loved, nurtured, taught, and safe with the staff at Victory Child Care. There is nothing more a parent can ask for than that and the value of that is immeasurable. Thank you for not only meeting my expectations the past 6 months but absolutely exceeding them. The impact you have on these young lives is very real. Everyone associated with Victory Child Care is making a huge difference in all of these young children’s lives and I’m forever indebted to you for the excellent work you do with my son."
